They had "Bomb Strength" meters with them so they could report to top brass.

There were apparently 1563 of the tiddlers and 31 hubs, link to other installations. A ref I saw somewhere quoted something a lot higher. More than 850 anyway so it can't be that! Their site says many became "derelict".

Unfortunately ebay has "No exact matches" to Bomb Strength Meter.

it is a pulse peak pressure gauge with a non-returning indicator needle.

As a rare historical artifact, you are unlikely to find one. Some non-functional replicas have been made.
