cheap old 3 peice suite taken out, replaced with new BnQ suit, bath, toilet basin. Straighforward swap.

Plus

10sq mtr of tiling onto old tiles, 2 walls only as two walls have decorative panelling.

Quoted £600. Tenant accepted.

Is this too low or a reasonable price considering this will probably take me 3 days at most?

Is the tenant paying? or landlord?

Does it include all materials? if so how much is the materials?

And how much do you want per day?

Andy

sorry i meant home owner, wants work for a rental property.

This will not include ANY materials, this is only the labour charge.

The suit is about £300 from BnQ.

Ideally i'd want about 150 a day.

Plastic Naz, you've answered your own question.

£600 divided by 4 = £150 per day.

With any landlord work always have it in writing/email.

Landlords have a habit of not paying, but by you emailing the quote over to him and him replying to agree the works is enough to take things further if things don't work out right.
