As I stated in another posting on another topic, I am totally clueless in most practical things especially when it comes to the use of the computer. Would somebody please tell me how I extract a quote from one posting and use it in a reply.

You can click the quote button on the post you want to quote.
Alternatively you can type [quote] to open a quote and [/quote] to close it again. To add a posters name to the top of a quote you can open it by typing [quote="Username"] and [/quote] to close.
