radiator choice ultraheat or barlo quinn

i need to replace my mothers radiators the choice is between ultraheat and quinn. The quinn being 20/25% cheaper. Local supplier says ultraheat.
will appreciate any advise from the experienced people.

in my view, much the same. I use quinn all the time with out problems
