Hi,

We are decorating and removed a one radiator. When we went to fit it, the bit on the top of the pipe valve on one side had sheared off and is stuck closed. The other pipe is open and we are unable to open the bleed valve to let air out.

Can we turn the heating on overnight until we can get another valve tomorrow?

many thanks

Yes you can turn your heating back on no problem, make sure the radiator is connected back to the valves and shut off the other valve on the radiator to make sure the air doesn't get out of the radiator and into the rest of your heating system.
