Radiator pipe wall cover plate question

Hi all

We had a rad changed in our house and the plumber didn't remove/protect the cover plate when soldering and burned it. Is it at all possible to buy a cover plate that can be fitted around a pipe that is already in situ?

I have hopefully attached a pic to illustrate the issue!

Mask it and spray with radiator enamel or paint to match the wall.
