Radiators - conceal pipes

Hi - I've been looking for some short but long radiators with a panel which conceals the pipes, so they are invisible. The problem I have is the existing pipes rise vertically from a concrete base and feed a plinth heater in a dining room, which in cased in a wooden seat, under a window

Replacing the plinth heather with a rad means I need to either dig out the concrete, box in the pipes or find a rad with a lower bottom cover.

Any ideas ?
