rads only warm not hot

out rads are not getting hot they are just warm

all rads in the house are the same and are warm all over not just at the top/bottom.

i cannot sem to work out why tihs would be

i have bled them all made sure the bioler is a at pressure by re filling and also re charging the expansion vessel

do you think the need a flush for sludge??

if so has any got a step by step guide to doing this with somthing like Sentinel X400

the only other thing i cannthink is we had a new pcb fitted and the thermasts button on the rad seems to have a little bit of sticky movement when turning and it could bethat its not turning up beyond the sticking point.

i hope that makes sense

any other ideas???

Can you drain a bit of water from your system to check how dirty it is?

yeah i could what they best way through the bleed valve

drained a little water form rad via the bleed valve and its clean

do i need to test form anywhere else
