Raising height of clay waste

I've on an old Victorian outside loo. The waste runs straight down into the concrete as shown in this pic


We're planning to floor screed this room and raise the floor level by 100mm or so.

Is it possible/wise to remove the loo (it'll almost certainly smash), somehow raise the opening to this waste pipe, screed around it and reattach a new loo 100mm higher?

is the waste coming up from the ground lead? if so you could chance putting a bit of plastic 4" straight into it and sealing the gap.. or maybe a pan connector would fit better.. or pan connector extension (incase you need to put a bend on later). obv if you can expose the waste underground to fire clay or cast then you can extend it using a flexseal/bandseal watevr u call it.. lol. good luck mate
