Exploitation is a bad thing, but, some women love their work and know exactly what they are doing.
Sex workers being exploited by pimps in seedy hotels for £100/hour is not the same as women "partying" with Princes. The woman would have known he was a prince, and would probably have been boasting to mates about it for months after. I know a woman who used to work at a hotel as an entertainer / meet & greeter type, and she used to love the rich customers who would lavish her with gifts and money to spend a bit of quality time with her.
Obviously, we'll never know. But it is very likely that Epstein and Maxwell were careful to only employ willing women. And 17, while young, it may not actually be illegal in the US state where it took place (some states are 18, I haven't check where all this happened though, but assuming it was in a 16 state otherwise it would be all over the media by now).
