Rattle at rear wheel area

My Fiat Coupe rattles somewhere around the offside rear wheel area - whenever I go over a bump, but especially turning left and with someone sat in the back. It sounds like a piece of metal rattling inside a saucepan lid.

Any ideas, please?

I would have a look at the exhaust first, shake the tail pipe and see if that recreates the noise.

have u had a wheel change !!!!! if so check the wheel nuts!!! there are only one way of putting them on. the narrow end must face into the wheel

Thanks. It turned out to be the trailing arm bush that was worn. I had it replaced.
