Ravenheat Combi bolier - central heating not working!

Hi. I moved to a new property a few months ago that has a Ravenheat CSI low NOx combi boiler installed.

The hot water has been working fine but as the end of summer is approaching I thought I should check if the central heating works... unfortunately it doesn't look like it does. I've turned all the radiators up and set the timers but it just doesn't look interested.
As I'm new to this bolier I don't really know what I'm expecting to happen when it does work but at the moment it looks lifeless - but, as I said the hot water works fine.
I've found some manuals online but they don't help.
As the previous owner didn't leave any paperwork I don't know how old it is, but it looks brand new - making me wonder if it has ever been tested?

Any ideas?

Room Stat and/or Central Heating Temperature Selector on the front of the boiler need turning up.

Clock needs setting to ON/Constant.

If the above fails, but your HW is working, call an RGI.
