Ravenheat CSI85 expansion tank

Can anybody tell me how to repressurize the expansion tank on a CSI85?

I have been led to believe by Ravenheat that there is a bike type valve on the tank.

Ravenheat will not give me any further advice as I am not Corgi registered. I could understand if they refused to tell me anything about the ignition or gas system but this is purely water/air related and I cannot, therefore, see their point.

Maybe I am just being dumb, but I cannot find the valve.

there is usually a shrader valve on the top of the expansion vessel

drain the boiler

attatch pump to valve

pressure normally to .5 bar as per the book

remove pump
fill boiler 1.5 bar

Thanks, couldn't see for looking and it was obscured by condensate drain hose. (Thats my excuse anyway).

Going to try and pressurize tomorrow.
