Ravenheat little star LS 80 T

I have had my boiler for about 5 years and the only fault up to now was the air pressure switch, but now it fires up for about 5-10 seconds then shuts off if I reset it it starts again and does the same I have changed both CH and DHW sensors and the over heat thermostat to no avial, still the same, please help, sounds like it may be the pcb

Ive seen a pcb cause that problem before but first I'd be checking out the fan to see if its stiffening up and the flue to make sure it is intact.

Sorry to invade this post but

You seem to be a Ravenheat fella Slugbabydotcom ?? whats your view opinion on the raven csi 120 ?? pre mix model ?? interested !

THe fan is ok and the flue is clear even took out the vent screw

Sounds like a flame rectification problem....reversed polarity?, electrode?, lead?, pcb?

that sounds awkward, have to get my meter out and test the pcb cables ect

well did not find much there although one of the resistors looked damaged under the magnifying glass wonder if it is overheating right away once it fires up?
