I am having trouble with the control panel, seems to be overheating screen blacks out and unable to read until it cools down again, I have just replaced the control panel and immediately the same problem occurs, any suggestions Thanks

Did you use a genuine Rayburn timer or a Honeywell product? The Honeywell programmers are not rated for the temperature but the Rayburn one is.
As above only the programmer built for the rayburn will stand the heat.
