Rayburn 480k reset (moved from forum information)

Hello...480k 6 years old, serviced annually by approved agent. Last year repeated reset ( small white pinhead button on control box) for heating and hot water only occassionally.
Agent says due to not cooling off ??? But only become a problem last two years.
Any pointers or straight to Rayburn tech ?

This is the overheat thermostat. Either that is faulty, the control thermostat is faulty or the pump is failing. Your approved agent should be able to sort it.
