I'm glad you didn't because SMPS are constant power devices over their design input range.
Going back a couple of months Winston tried one of his other piles of bulls poo poo on this forum where he very foolishly came up with another silly statement he had no idea about.

So here are some facts, not some sort of half baked idealisms or my mate says rubbish.
Hopefully this pic shows a mains supply [black cable at bottom of pic] and a volt meter [top left], an ammeter feeding a 13A socket via 2 blue wires. Plugged into socket is a laptop SMPS with LED voltmeter. Also showing is a 12V 21W car bulb but not connected.

234x0.023=5.4VA
Same set-up with 110V supply:

117x0.036=4.2VA, demonstrating the SMPS is more efficient on the lower voltage with 2mA load [LED meter]

Connecting the 21W bulb:

117x0.421=49.2VA demonstrating 5% less efficient.

And another SMPS:

So perhaps Winston you will actually start beginning some people only make statements which they know to be correct by actual experience.

Your experiment does not measure watts, it measures VA. All that could mean is that the watts is constant but the power factor is worse. i very much doubt the power factor remains constant at different input voltages Thy doing it again with a wattmeter.

Tell you what Winston, why don't you get off your arse and find out for yourself for a change rather than relying on 'my mate says'?

While at it I've made some corrections to your post.
