RDB Riello not Firing

Hi There,



I need some help in getting my boiler working. It is a RDB Riello and the burner does not seem to be catching. I can hear the "humphh" but it does not catch. This happens every 20 seconds or so but still does not catch.

The reset button does not come on and the temperature reset button seems OK. Pleany of fuel in the tank so shouldn't be an airlock.

Any help would be much appreciated.

When was it last serviced? What boiler is it? Look at photocell, if dirty, clean it. Inspect the boiler to check it is clean and the flueways are clear. Is the burner combustion head is dirty, could be too lean with a high CO content causing dirty combustion.
