The woodburner in my house was temporarily removed while a new floor was laid, and now I'm about to reinstall it in exactly the same position, with no changes to the flue or anything. Does anyone know if I need to go through the same hoops as I would if it was a first-time install? ie Hetas or building control? I can't find anything about it. Cheers!

If you have a very simple job of just sealing a joint to the stove, then I know what I would do.
But are you fully competent to do it and using correct materials? (Serious question).

Obviously the answer to your question should really be, - get a qualified professional installer to do it.
But if same stove and therefore flue and air ventilation is same as originally properly done, then you have only one or two joints to make sure are properly redone.

Thanks ReJect. Yeah, I should be able to manage it, not rocket science. I think I'll do as you say and quietly just do it.
