Re-pointing

Hello, someone has re-pointed the back wall of our house. Part of the wall (the middle part) appears cleaner than the other part (top and bottom). I think the builder used a cleaner product on part only of the wall. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions? Many thanks! John

Suggestions for what?
It looks like an acid cleaner was used after that new door was fitted but only as far as the installer could reach.
You might was to finish the wall but unless you do the neighbours too it will look odd.
The render could also do with tarting up a bit?
