Re-roof

Hi Roofers,

Can someone give me a ball park figure for a re-foor on a 3 bed semi.
It is currently the original roof from the 1930's (i think) consisting of rosemary tiles with no felt. THe ridges have started leaking.

It is in the South Wales area if that helps.

I understand it will be a rough figure.

is it terraced,detached,semi.does it have 2 slopes,3 slopes or more. does it have valley's,are there any chimneys.is there easy access all round the building for scaffold.we need this info to give you a ballpark,otherwise it is just a complete stab in the dark,(think of a number),so to speak.
