Brief history; the roof was originally slate and replaced with tiles in the 90s.
It was then put back to slate in 2002, badly.
We are currently in the process of redoing the whole thing in reclaimed slate to match the other 2 houses we completed a few years ago.
I know members on here like looking at photos of poor work so I have attached a few to have a laugh at.
Slates are one nailed everywhere, or not nailed at all, dropping off the laths etc... No soakers round the chimneys, can go on and on.
We have also dropped and rebuilt one chimney as it was capped off and knackered. Customer wants to use it again.
