Ready Rodney- Help identifying church lamp shade

Hi everybody I am looking to replace the broken lamp shade on the church light. Don't worry it wasn't me that broke it. But the option seems to be to take one of the existing shades off and take it to a glass blower in Nottingham to have one replicated. You can imagine the expense of this is quite high so I'm looking to introduce another option of perhaps replacing all of them with similar shades. The shades are about 16" x 18" with a 6 1/2 inch rim or Gary fitting GaryThe shades are about 16" x 18" with a 6 1/2 inch rim or Gallary fittings is it called in the trade.
So if anybody knows any source or anything like this please let me know I really appreciate it

By the way, those lamps shouldn't be in an enclosed fitting. Better off with either no shade or changing the lamp.

Is it wired in twin braided flex? should it be earthed?
