Rear extensions - where does one even start?

For something that size do you get a crane in or winch it up on the scaffold somehow?

The two largest beams were craned into place. The crane driver was top notch and mm perfect.
The mezzanine support beam was Hiab-ed into place after we bribed a delivery driver.
The two smaller opening beams we lifted manually.
