Rear view mirror glue

Hi

someone at work has a BMW and her mirror has fallen off. Looks like the metal button that is glued to the glass has come off.

Various videos on youtube show what to do, most seem to use Permatex.
I can't find it without being posted from abroad.

Any recommended brands?

Double sided foam tape ( heat resistant type) as used to hold in oven glass .

I’ve always used the Loctite 319 kits as mentioned above. Works every time. Sticks like **** on a baby's blanket.
