- Two roofers, two hours
- Clean, reseal, nothing that uses any significant consumables
- Replace 5 Marley interlocking tiles
- Swap out old skylight with new one (new one already in my shed)

I've been verbally quoted £320 cash.

Does that sound like a reasonable price?

is it a multi storey?

this subject comes up regular on this forum, thats why its always advisable to get 2 or 3 estimates.

dont forget its not only 2 men 2 hrs you will be paying for their traveling time and overheads, public liability, van, equipment, and office etc.
thats if they are legit of course.

personally i think that price is reasonable all considered.

Especially in Edinburgh. :D

Very reasonable.

Thanks folks. You sort of confirmed what I was thinking.

They've been advertising in our local rag for awhile so I suspected they were ok. Just a bit put off abit by payment in cash. I've not paid in cash for anything in ... ages. Bank transfers work for me.
