For a thermal solar panel I don't see any significant advantage in having an EU made unit at three times the cost.

I am in the market myself for some thermal panels and ideally some suitable for a drainback system. Any suggestions?

While evacuated tube thermal solar panels are best, these are not best suited to draw-back systems Tony. Why do you need a drain-back system?
