My laptop from work has decided to call it a day..our helpdesk said it needed a new hard drive which is getting sent out to me but the problem I have is that I have quite a bit of stuff in personal folders in my outlook 2000, when I get my new hd will I still be able to access them through outlook or have they gone forever....apologies if it seem a stupid question its just that I am a bit of a numpty when it comes to pc,s

Recovering files from outlook,broken hard drive

If your outlook connects to an exchange server at work, AND you haven't saved anything to local .PST files on your PC, you should be OK.
