Reduce water flow?

hi all, is there any way of reducing the water flow on a cold tap in our downstairs toilet small sink?

The kids are forever turning it on full and splashing water everywhere.

Any help/advice/ideas greatly appreciated

If it has an isolator simply turn it to reduce flow. If it doesn't then it would need one fitting

Depends on which actual tap is fitted.

if its a stand alone single tap or the above aerator is not suitable,this item can be fitted to the tap's incoming supply (also see related products)

The 2 above will give constant reduced flow
