Hi everyone

After a lot of time and several thoughts on cladding or covering with carpet. I decided to start sanding the stair to see if us still salvageable as I really would like to have it in natural wood look.

I still have to keep sanding and would like to ask few question.

What grit would you be using?

I have several hole from old nail. Few damage and some screw? Would you use filler? And how this should be made to make it looking alright after the stair has been oiled?

What product would you used when I completed the sanding?
