This would definitely have been noticed on the brake tester - whether or not it should have failed depends on how bad it was at the time. Try to get the garage to explain what the problem was when you get the car back - and then keep an eye on it for a while. There are other issues that could cause the brakes to stick on - a faulty master cylinder or collapsed flexible pipes maybe - but these would be very unusual on a 54 reg vehicle. Also check that the brake ABS lamp doesn't come on when you are moving - thats an MOT fail. Best of luck! Cheers John
