registration body

Hello,I possess my C&G 2381 but not my 2391 although i am competent in inspection and testing.Can anyone recommend a registration body (niceic,napit etc)so i can become part p registered.I have trawled through the various websites but cannot make up my mind so i thought i would ask for any views through pesonnal experience.Thank you
