Can anyone help relight this one for a lady friend of mine.

I have been told there is no valve to push in or an igniter,
Thanks :D

"e" means no buttons.
How far does it get?

So often it's the main pcb. If you need a new one, I could see what I've got...

E = electronic!
There's nowt to relight.
Electronic ignition should light it up each time it starts.

Puma 100E , has automatic electronic ignition , no pilot light , which can be manually operated.

What is happening is both heating and DHW is not working. Does not fire when hot tap is turned on.

Anything I can try?

If you look at the PCB when a hot tap is opened, does a red light come on? Anything else happen after that? Fan noise? pump noise?
Does switching on the CH (to constant) have any effect at all?

also have a look at the main PCB (on the front behind all the knobs) on the top left hand corner, if you see smoke damage it needs a new one, they are buggers for burning out

I was coming to that next - breaking the bad news gently :(

Thanks lads for the replies. :D

I haven't looked at it and shall leave it for an engineer to sort out.

Check the basics first, electric fuse, system water pressure etc. if you haven't already.

I fink you're enough of an engineer to change a pcb!
Resolder it for her even!

below the orange label is a fuse (marked fuse funnily enough)

they also seem to fry themselves (see white wire)

its mounted on the back of where the two grey temp knobs are on a drop down "shelf"

as has been said, doddle to change
