Setting mechanical timer on Potterton Puma 100e

Hi I have just found this site and was wondering if any body knows how to reset the mechanical timer on the Potterton Puma 100e. I have found instructions for the electrical one but cannot find mine. Please help before my gas bill exceeds the value of my house.
