Remote on glideroll garage door not working

I have a electric garage door and my remote fob has stopped working. I’ve replaced the battery and switched the system off and back on again. The remote fob does have a red indicator when I press the button but nothing happens.

My other remote fob works fine.

I appreciate any suggestions. Thanks in advance.
