Anyone know the best way to remove scratches on silver metallic paint finish.

How about silver metallic paint scratch remover?

More seriously, if this on a car, then are you aware that the surface is invariably laquered, and that light scratches don't generally reach the paint?

It would be useful to have more information about the scratches...
