Remove tap top

I have removed the cold water tap cover to put new washer on IMG_20211002_174941.jpg but i cant shift the hot I am frightened of smashing it Any advise please

I'd say you have 2 chances, either it'll come off with loads of wriggling/pulling , or it won't; if it doesn't, then bin it and get a replacement.

Get a piece of wood about 15 to 18mm thick by say 60mm wide and 200mm long. Cut a slot in it long enough and wide enough to fit over the discharge nozzle. You then use this as a "spanner" to apply a reaction force when you try and unscrew the tap body. Been there, done it and got the T-shirt.
