Get a piece of wood about 15 to 18mm thick by say 60mm wide and 200mm long. Cut a slot in it long enough and wide enough to fit over the discharge nozzle. You then use this as a "spanner" to apply a reaction force when you try and unscrew the tap body. Been there, done it and got the T-shirt.
