Having the kitchen redone and the old floor tiles have been removed leaving the black glue residue on the concrete floor. The smell is awful. Is there anything I can use to either remove it or maybe paint over to seal it as the new flooring is a vinyl click floor and I don't know if that will seal in the smell once put down and sealed to the base units.
