removed tiles now...can i tile straight onto this wall ?

have removed all my tiles now...i have walls that look like the pics...after brushing off all loose dust..filling in larger holes etc & using acrylic primer...will i be able to tile onto these walls " fairly easy"? the walls themselves feel very solid with no real loose bits but will scrape those off anyway..there are just grooves scraped into wall where i used a scraper to remove tiles...any advice/help would really be appreciated

It's hard to tell how good the walls are from the pics. It looks pretty well rutted, but if it's flat enough you should be good to go.
