I want to remove two of these fixings that were holding a lightweight plaster uplighter on a plasterboard wall. The bolt part appears to be screwed into a yellow rawlplug and protrudes approx. 25mm out from the wall. The head of the bolt is approx. 3mm diameter. The size of the rawlplug head and diameter of the bolt make me think it's not a toggle or expanding type fixing. I'd obviously like to get them out with minimum damage but not sure of the best way given that there's no screw head.

Thanks in advance!
