Removing limesale from a concrete kitchen top

My London water is alkaline and limesale sediments have accumulated on my concrete kitchen top. How can I remove it without damaging the concrete? The pic shows the worst affected area.

Resin worktops go white like that with solvent..
I accidentally put a paint brush down on a resin worktop that I just cleaned with white spirit and it went white.

You think that's marble or other? You can tell as stone is cold to the touch.

If that is lime then try a lime scale remover but I'm not sure it is?

The worktop is made of concrete. The white marking on the worktop is limescale.

Lay a cloth or kitchen towel over the patch and soak with white vinegar and lemon juice overnight . Repeat if necessary..

Unfortunately, applying any acid to the concrete will leave a permanent stain. This is one of the downsides of a concrete worktop.

• Bicarbonate paste: Mix baking soda with a tiny amount of water to create a thick paste, smooth it over the crust, and let it sit for 10 minutes.Gently rub the paste in circular motions using a soft-bristled toothbrush or a non-scratch nylon pad to lift the minerals. Wipe the area completely clean with a damp microfiber cloth and immediately dry it with a towel to prevent new spots.

Hi. Yes it is sealed, or at least it was 10 years ago when it was installed.

The water stains mostly on my washing up drying board as seen in the pic are largely due to me not following the care regime you mention although I do use chopping boards and make sure nothing acidic touched the concrete.
