Removing Mixer Tap & Strange Bolt

Trying to remove broken Mixer Tap - under the sink the bolt is secured by a wide fixing - I don't know how to remove it and there isn't room to turn it. I'm a toal amateur and don't know if this a bog standard fixing.

can someone suggest how to remove it please?

hi, grip the threaded rod with a vise grips and twist it out
plenty of room there ;)
