Removing screws from deck but heads are stripped

I did suggest Googling for 'screw extractor' as there are numberous types on the market. Here is one that doesn't require any drilling into the screw.

You did indeed, and I saw those but failed to find someone nearby who had one, and I needed it pronto. Anyway, its done the old fashioned way now, but thanks so much for helping. I'll get one of these for next time.
