Hi - we've (well a builder..) removed an electric shower and boarded up and tiled the wall where it was - have replaced with mixer shower - but the switch is still on the outside wall and.. well I'm not sure what happened to the wires on the other side.

Here's a fairly superfluous picture.

I want to remove the switch - is it possible to do this and make the wires safe (sorry for evident lack of knowledge), or does the whole circuit need to be removed? I've removed the Shower Circuit fuse from the CU just in case.

Cheers
Marc

I think you know that the whole circuit needs removed, and if you have worked out where the cable goes then best remove it.
