Removing stud partition wall in new build?

ok just spoke to customer, i expressed my concerns about the wall and he has had the site manager in and he says it isnt load bearing.

i said my quote was basied on this anyway.

my price matches one other person and a thousand pounds cheaper than an other!!

so hes gonna have a look through my website and have a think and let me know monday.
