Hello I’ve been removing tiles from our bathroom and was using a wallpaper stripper to remove the tile adhesive which was going great however it appears my steamer has removed a layer of plaster which has left a fabulous surface this is an exterior wall assuming this top coat wasn’t put on very well am I ok to remove all the plaster and paint or does this surface have to be sealed and tiled it can be scratches but looks brick hard many thanks
