My waste is vented up through my bathroom down stair it then bends 90 on to the horizontal under bedroom floor then 90 vertical then goes and through my roof. can I remove this vent and put in a non return valve type thing. If so how close can this be to the ground or other 2" pipes ?
The reason is just to give more room in the bathroom by loosing a 40cm x 30 cm box the pipe is in the height of the room.
