renault laguna door latch problems help

hi all my laguna has failed its mot on the grounds that my drivers side door does not shut properly you have to slam it hard to shut it ,i need a new door latch on the door anyhows
has anyone used reanultbreakers advertised in yellow pages are they ok and safe to use-i phoned up for quote and they said £25--reanult dealer
wants £140
any help will be grateful thanks

Have you tried lubricating and adjusting the lock before you buy a new one?
