Renault scenic air con/heater problems

I have a 53 scenic 2 witht the climate control. But the heater/blower has been playing up. it has been working fine until it starting going off after a while. then sometimes it worked and then sometime it wouldnt.

The latest was it would work for a few seconds and there would be a small single tink noise and then would go off, i imagine that this is a switch of somekind.

But now the aircon/ heaters are just dead nothing happens at all. just wondered what its most likely to be as dont what to take it into renault due to the cost

ive heard a few things mentioned, it matrix resister packs or presure sensor?

I don't think the climate control Renaults have a resistor pack on the blower motor, unlike the normal fan types....check the fuses for the aircon and the blower motor, maybe change the pollen filter then ask a Renault service manager what he thinks.
At least his advice will be free!
